Are you missing the setup cartridges for your HP printer? Or are you getting a message "Install setup cartridges"?
- Locate the "Home" and "Back" button to the left of the screen. You may not see them as they aren't lit up, but Home is near the top and Back near the bottom.
- Tap Home, Back, Back, Home.
- The printer may not appear to do anything but just wait 1 minute.
- Unplug the power from the printer and wait a full minute.
- Plug the printer back in.
- If it tells you to install paper and starts to print the alignment page, you are in business.
- Sometimes you have to repeat this process 3 times.
