Xplore - Email Setup (previously Xplornet or Silo)

If you have an email address with Xplore, you will require the following settings to configure in your email software.  Your email address could end in xplornet.ca or silomail.com - the same settings apply for both.

POP Settings


Incoming Server: pop.xplore.net

SSL required

Port: 995

Username: yourname@xplornet.ca


Outgoing Server: smtp.xplore.net

SSL Required

Outgoing Authentication Required

Port: 465 or 587


IMAP Settings


Incoming Server: imap.xplore.net

SSL required

Port: 993

Username: yourname@xplornet.ca


Outgoing Server: smtp.xplore.net

SSL Required

Outgoing Authentication Required

Port: 465 or 587
